The Best Thinking On Apache Spark™
Apache Spark™ is an open source data processing engine designed to be fast, easy to use, and flexible enough to run in many environments. The Apache Spark™ project is supported by the Apache Software Foundation, and by an independent community of thousands of developers and users.
At the Spark Technology Center in downtown San Francisco, engineers, Apache Spark Committers, and designers contribute to Apache Spark and design optimal UX experiences for people using Spark-based applications. We investigate new avenues for the technology, and share experiences of using Spark in real-world projects, from large scale enterprise to small non-profits.
This site, spark.tc, is a place for the open source community to share innovations in data science using Spark, and to showcase design as instrumental to success in open source. You can find collaborators, build community, and forge partnerships.
